At Big Bend Junk Removal, our pricing is based primarily on how much space your items take up in our trailer. The more of the trailer your debris fills, the more the removal costs.

Our trailer holds approximately 15 cubic yards of material, allowing us to price most jobs based on the volume of junk and debris we remove.

Our Volume-Based Pricing

We offer two types of removal service depending on where your items are located: curbside pickup and full-service removal.

Curbside pickup is for items that have already been placed at the curb or in an accessible driveway. You handle getting the items outside, and we'll handle the loading and hauling.
With full-service removal, we do the work for you. Our crew will remove the eligible items from inside your home, business or other accessible location, load them onto our trailer and haul them away.

How Our Pricing Works

We want our pricing to be straightforward.

When we look at your job, we're primarily considering:

1. How much material needs to be removed

2. Whether you choose curbside or full-service removal

3. Whether any items have additional disposal charges

4. Whether special conditions require additional handling

What Size Load Do You Need?

Not sure whether your junk will fill a quarter, half or full trailer? Don't worry!

The amount of space your items actually occupy determines the final volume-based price. Our team can help determine the appropriate load size for your particular job.

Curbside or Full-Service — Which Is Right for You?

Choose Curbside Pickup If:

-Your items are already outside

-Everything is accessible from the driveway or curb

-You can handle getting the items out of the house

-You want the lower-cost pickup option

Choose Full-Service Removal If:

-The items are inside your home

-You have heavy or bulky furniture

-You don't have the ability to move the items yourself

-You're cleaning out a garage, shed or property

-You want us to handle the lifting and loading

If you'd rather not lift it, load it or haul it, full-service removal is the convenient option.

Additional Property Charges

Some situations require additional handling because of the condition of the property or the materials being removed.

Infestation Fee

A $300 surcharge per trailer load applies when a property is infested with fleas or roaches.

This additional charge accounts for the extra precautions and handling required when working in an infested environment.

Biohazard Fee

Certain properties or materials may require special handling because of biohazardous conditions.

A $300 surcharge may applywhen biohazard conditions are present.

Additional Per-Item Charges

Certain materials require additional handling or disposal costs. These charges are added in addition to the volume-based price when applicable.

Mattresses - $25 per item

Tires - $20 per item

Televisions 32 Inches or Larger - $55 per item

Printers, Fax Machines & Other Electronics - $25 per item

Propane Tanks - $40 per item

Computer Monitors - $35 per item

These additional charges help cover the special handling and disposal costs associated with certain materials.
